An Phat 1 is set to open job positions for more than 27,000 workers from 2024 to the first and second quarters of 2025, thanks to 18 new enterprises that are soon to commence operations. To address the considerable increase in labor demand, the People’s Committee of Nam Sach District organized a conference with investors to discuss and resolve issues related to human resources. Despite the district having a young and potentially strong labor force, inefficiencies in labor utilization still persist. Consequently, the implementation of training and skill development programs has become a top priority, aiming to ensure that the labor force can meet job requirements effectively.
Accordingly, the An Phat 1 Industrial Park is not just a destination for career opportunities but also serves as a critical driving force for local economic development and an enhancement in the quality of life.
