An Phat 5 Industrial Park Takes Center Stage at the Hangzhou Conference
A key focus of our participation was An Phat 5 Industrial Park (Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien), a 150-hectare project in Hai Phong City. With its strategic location and developing infrastructure, the industrial park is designed to accommodate manufacturers seeking to establish production facilities and expand their operations in Vietnam.
The project currently offers ready-to-handover industrial land, enabling investors to move forward with their development plans. Essential infrastructure is being completed, with fully integrated operations scheduled to commence in Q1 2027.
