Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien Industrial Park

Is a new project of An Phat High-Technology Industrial Park Joint Stock Company, was approved for investment project construction and infrastructure business development in Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien Industrial Park, Hai Duong Province according to Decision No. 1008/QD-TTg dated August 31, 2023. The project has a planned area of ​​150 hectares. The project’s operational period is 50 years from the date the investment project is approved, concurrently with the approval of the investor (until 2073)

 

Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien Industrial Park is located in Luong Dien and Ngoc Lien communes, Cam Giang district, Hai Duong province, with a favorable location that can connect with the key economic regions of Northern Vietnam. Adjacent to National Highway 38 and National Highway 05 (Hanoi – Hai Phong – Bac Ninh route) facilitates convenient transportation of goods, raw materials, and import-export activities.
