Hai Phong, December 19, 2025 – An Phat Holdings Group (APH) officially held the groundbreaking ceremony for An Phát Industrial Park 5 (Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien) in Cam Giang Commune, Hai Phong City. Spanning 150 hectares, the project is invested in and operated by Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien Industrial Park JSC, a member company of An Phát Holdings.
The ceremony was attended by leaders of Hai Phong City, including Mr. Nguyễn Minh Hùng, Vice Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee, and Mr. Phạm Văn Thép, Head of the Hải Phòng Economic Zone Authority. Representing An Phat Holdings were Ms. Nguyễn Thị Tiện, Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Board of Directors; Mr. Phạm Đỗ Huy Cường, Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Phạm Văn Tuấn, Deputy CEO of the Group and CEO of Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien Industrial Park JSC, along with other senior executives.
The event carried particular significance as An Phát Industrial Park 5 was selected by Hai Phong City as one of the landmark projects registered with the central government for commencement in celebration of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam. This recognition not only underscores An Phat Holdings’ proven investment capabilities, but also affirms the project’s pioneering role in the city’s socio-economic development strategy.
Designed as a model industrial park, An Phat Industrial Park 5 strictly adheres to advanced ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) standards. The project features fully integrated infrastructure, optimized energy and resource efficiency, and a modern wastewater treatment system meeting stringent environmental requirements. In parallel, well-balanced green spaces are incorporated to create a harmonious working environment and attract a high-quality workforce.
With this approach, An Phat Industrial Park 5 is expected to become an ideal destination for high-tech enterprises, supporting industries, and manufacturers prioritizing clean and sustainable operations, offering a stable and high-potential investment environment in Hai Phong.

According to the project timeline, by Q2 2026, the industrial park will have fully cleared land ready for handover, enabling investors to begin factory construction and move swiftly into operation.
