On September 18, 2023, at An Phat 1 Industrial Park, An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park No.1 JSC (a subsidiary of An Phat Holdings) handed over the land to Bigland ID Investment JSC.

As planned, Bigland ID Investment JSC is expected to implement a project for Factories, offices, and warehouses for rent for production and business on a land area of approximately 3 hectares in An Phat 1 Industrial Park. This project has a total registered investment capital of 150 billion VND and is scheduled to commence production and business operations in 2024. The project obtained its initial registration certificate from the Hai Duong Industrial Zones Authority in July 2023. On September 18, 2023, An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park No.1 JSC successfully handed over the land to Bigland ID Investment JSC. This partnership is expected to make a significant contribution· to the socio-economic development of Hai Duong and open up many job opportunities for workers in the province.
