On June 9th, 2023, at the headquarters of An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park No.1 .,JSC, the official land sublease agreement signing and land handover ceremony between An Phat High-Tech IP No.1., JSC (a member of An Phat Holdings) and Hua Yi Nonwoven Co., Ltd (a member of HuaYi Shanp Deng Group – a leading enterprise in the nonwoven fabric manufacturing industry) has taken place.
Hua Yi Shanp Deng Group’s nonwoven fabric production project received its investment registration certificate in April 2023 from Hai Duong Industrial Zones Authority. On this basis, Hua Yi Nonwoven Co., Ltd was established to implement the project. With a land area of approximately 3 hectares and a total investment capital of 8 million USD, the project is expected to commence production and business operation within 22 months, contribute to economic development and create jobs for the local workforce.
After the signing ceremony, An Phat High-Tech IP No.1 ., JSC proceeded with the land handover to Hua Yi Nonwoven Co., Ltd. Establishing the production factory at An Phat 1 Industrial Park will bring numerous benefits to Hua Yi Nonwoven and other businesses.
