An Phat Holdings (APH): Accelerating the handover of An Phat 1 Industrial Park, expecting to bring back 1,300 billion VND in revenue from factory expansion

An Phat Holdings (APH) plans that two projects will commence operations in 2024, expecting to bring back 1,350 billion VND per year when operating at full capacity.

An Phat Holdings Joint Stock Company sets a revenue plan of 14,000 billion VND (a slight decrease of 4% compared to 2023) and a net profit of 314 billion VND (an increase of 43%).

For its core business segment, the company expects to boost the production of plastic products such as packaging plastics, engineering plastics, and construction plastics. Particularly this year, APH is focusing on three new projects expected to bring in trillion VND revenues for the company. Among them, the green fuel production project PBAT will be launched in phase 1 in 2025 with a recycling capacity of 30,000 tons per year.

Additionally, the expansion project of An Cuong plastic flooring manufacturing plant is expected to start operations at the end of 2024 with a total design capacity of 6 million m2 of flooring per year, expecting to bring in 1,200 billion VND in revenue each year.

Moreover, the expansion project of An Vinh industrial packaging manufacturing plant will start operations in mid-2024. Accordingly, APH expects the project to bring in 150 billion VND in revenue when operating at a maximum capacity of 3,200 tons per year.

In the industrial real estate segment, the business expects to record additional revenue from new exploitation from An Phat 1 Industrial Park and leasing of An Phat Complex industrial real estate.
