A representative from An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park No.1 JSC stated that from the beginning of 2023 to February 21, An Phat 1 Industrial Park (Nam Sach, Hai Duong) has attracted 18 secondary projects with a total registered investment capital of over 500 million USD.

An Phat 1 Industrial Park has basically completed its technical infrastructure. At the beginning of 2023, An Phat 1 Industrial Park finished the first phase of its technical infrastructure construction covering an area of 100 hectares and began attracting investment. Since then, this industrial park has attracted 18 secondary projects with a total investment capital of over 500 million USD. Among these, 13 projects have been granted investment registration certificates. The remaining five projects are still finalizing their documentation. This has also become the industrial park in Hai Duong that has attracted the most investment capital from the beginning of 2023 to date.

Currently, the An Phat 1 Industrial Park has essentially completed the technical infrastructure for the entire area, covering a total of 180 hectares. Specifically, the electrical system, water supply system, and wastewater treatment plant are still being upgraded by the infrastructure investors to meet the increasing demands of secondary investors.
