Hai Duong, September 22, 2023 – At An Phat 1 Industrial Park, the An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park No.1 Joint Stock Company (a member of An Phat Holdings Group), has completed the land handover process to XingTian Technology Co., Ltd. This marks a significant milestone in the development of our industrial park.
As per the project plan, XingTian Technology Co., Ltd focuses on manufacturing electronic plug (excluding electroplating processes at An Phat 1) and plastic products from primary plastic beads. The project will occupy an area exceeding one hectare within An Phat 1 Industrial Park. With a total capital investment equivalent to USD 3 million, the project is slated for operational commencement in 2025. In September 2023—the same month the land was transferred—the project was granted its initial investment registration certificate by Hai Duong Industrial Zones Authority. This project will positively contribute to the socio-economic development of Hai Duong Province, enhancing local economic conditions and generating employment opportunities for residents.
