On July 30, the Conference announcing the Prime Minister’s Decisions on Economic Zones and launching the Hai Phong Free Trade Zone was held under the theme “Creating New Growth Space” at the Hai Phong City Convention and Performance Center. The event marked a significant milestone in Hai Phong’s development, opening a new chapter in the establishment of the Hai Phong Free Trade Zone and the development of next-generation economic zones. An Phat Holdings was honored to be one of a select number of representative enterprises invited to showcase its products at the Conference.
The Conference was attended by Deputy Prime Minister – Mr. Le Tien Chau, Mr. Le Ngoc Chau – Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Head of the Hai Phong National Assembly Delegation, Mr. Do Thanh Trung – Deputy Secretary of the Hai Phong Party Committee and Chairman of the city People’s Committee, along with representatives of central ministries and agencies, diplomatic missions, international organizations, as well as domestic and foreign business and investment investors.
At the Conference, An Phat Holdings introduced AnEco compostable products and green industrial park development model, affirming our position as one of Southeast Asia’s leading high-tech, environmentally friendly plastics manufacturers to government leaders, business partners, and domestic and international investors.
Over the past 24 years, An Phat Holdings has built an ecosystem of 19 member companies and 17 high-tech manufacturing facilities exporting products to more than 80 countries and territories worldwide. In Hai Phong, An Phat owns 15 manufacturing facilities and develops 3 industrial parks in the western of the city. Of these, An Phat 1 Industrial Park and An Phat Complex Industrial Park have achieved 100% occupancy.
Following Hai Phong’s industrial park and economic zone development strategy through 2030, An Phat Holdings is developing An Phat 5 Industrial Park (Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien) to welcome high-quality FDI projects in supporting industries, electronics, high technology, automation, mechanical engineering, advanced manufacturing sectors with high added value.
An Phat 5 Industrial Park (Luong Dien – Ngoc Lien) is being developed with synchronous technical infrastructure, a modern wastewater treatment system, and a focus on green energy utilization and energy efficiency, creating a modern and sustainable production environment for investors. The project is expected to provide stable employment opportunities for approximately 15,000 workers, making a positive contribution to the socio-economic development of Hai Phong City.
At the event, An Phat Holdings also introduced key products and services within our ecosystem, including plastic raw materials and chemicals, engineering plastics, precision engineering and molds, construction materials, logistics, and other business support solutions. This comprehensive ecosystem reflects An Phat Holdings’ diverse strengths and contributes to promoting the circular economy, green transition, and sustainable development.
In the future, An Phat Holdings will continue to advance the development of modern, energy-efficient industrial infrastructure, promote green production and consumption models, and support Hai Phong in attracting high-quality FDI projects.
