Signing a long-term contract with a new partner, An Phat Complex reached over 65% of the leased area
On November 20, 2019, the signing ceremony of a factory lease agreement between An Phat High-Tech Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (An Phat Complex) and Shenzhen MTC Co., Ltd. (MTC Shenzen) took place at the headquarters of AN PHAT BIOPLASTICS (Lot CN11 + CN12, An Dong Industrial Cluster, Nam Sach town, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province).
Attending the signing ceremony, representatives of local authorities were Mr. Pham Minh Phuong and Mr. Bach Dang Vinh.
From An Phat Holdings Group (the holding company of An Phat Complex), there are Mr. Nguyen Le Trung – Vice chairman and Mr. Pham Hoang Viet – Vice chairman and Board of Directors of subsidiary.
MTC Shenzen was attended by Mr. He Shengbin – General Director of Sales; Mr. Lan Yanyuan – General Director of MTC Vietnam and many other representatives.
In addition, the ceremony also had the participation of Ms. Dang Thi Hai – Director of Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade – Haiduong branch. Accordingly, MTC Shenzen will rent An Phat Complex’s factory within 6 years and add another 1 year to the contract extension. The two sides will accelerate the renovation of the factory, expected to be handed over in December 2019. An Phat Complex’s new partner is Shenzhen MTC Co., Ltd. (MTC Shenzen). This is an enterprise specializing in designing, developing, manufacturing and selling electrical and electronic products such as LCD TVs, set-top boxes, LED products, networking equipment, internet entertainment and products and other services related. With the cooperation with MTC Shenzen, An Phat Complex has increased the industrial park leasing rate to more than 65%.
The signing ceremony marked the successful cooperation between the two sides after more than 1 month of negotiation. Previously, there were many exchanges and working sessions between An Phat Complex and MTC Shenzen in China and Vietnam. The business development department of An Phat Complex has actively provided information to MTC Shenzen, in order to meet the needs of partners, from construction, logistics … to finding housing for experts.
Before MTC Shenzen, An Phat Complex was chosen by customers from the United States and Hong Kong as destinations. An Phat Complex is expected to reach 100% occupancy by 2020.
An Phat Complex is also planning to invest another industrial park in Hai Duong, Quoc Tuan An Binh. This is an industrial park in Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province, located adjacent to the West of Highway 37 at Km69, in the administrative boundaries of 3 communes Quoc Tuan, An Binh, An Lam of Nam Sach district of the province. this.
Quoc Tuan An Binh in the first phase is expected to exploit 180 hectares and be completed by the end of 2020.
