Investment in infrastructure of Quoc Tuan – An Binh Industrial Park

Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung has just signed a decision on investment of infrastructure development of Quoc Tuan – An Binh Industrial Park at Nam Sach district, Hai Duong.

Accordingly, the investor is An Phat High-tech IP NO.1 Joint Stock Company.

The goal of the project is to invest in the construction and commercial operation of the industrial park. The project implementation site is in Quoc Tuan, An Binh and An Lam communes, Nam Sach district, Hai Duong province with the land use scale of 180 hectares. The total investment amounted to VND 1,947 billion (~$83 million), in which contributed capital of the Investor is VND 292.4 billion (~$12.5 million).

The project implementation schedule must not exceed 36 months from the date of State allocates land. Following by, People’s Committee of Hai Duong directs Hai Duong Management Board of Industrial Zones to guide the Investor to adjust and update project implementation progress in accordance with the actual situation; specifying the progress of project implementation in accordance with regulations, in which the progress of Investor’s equity contribution to implement the Project must ensure compliance with Vietnam land law.

The project’s period of operation is 50 years since February 17, 2021.

The People’s Committee of Hai Duong province is responsible for the implementation of land acquisition, compensation, site clearance, land lease, land use purpose conversion to implement the project in accordance with the documents approved by competent authorities on the scale, location, and schedule of land use for the project implementation; and the provisions of the investment law, land law, and relevant laws, in which complying with regulations and conditions of land use purpose conversion of paddy field land and water surface land.

Besides, Hai Duong Management Board of Industrial Zones and relevant agencies is directed to supervise and evaluate the project implementation in accordance with the law; implement solutions related to the life of workers working in the industrial park, including plans to build houses and social, cultural, sports facilities for workers in the industrial park; provide career support, vocational training for people whose land is acquired; develop land acquisition plans in accordance with the project’s investment promotion progress to minimize the impacts on local people whose land is acquired.
